Behavior-focused self-leadership strategies are designed to encourage positive, desirable behaviors that lead to successful outcomes while suppressing negative, undesirable behaviors that lead to unsuccessful outcomes. They include self-goal setting, self-reward, the opposite of self-punishment, self-observation, and self-cueing.
My score: 3.76
My strength in this area includes… setting obtainable goals, celebrating small and all WINS, realizing when I need to revisit a situation that I didn’t handle correctly.
Evidence of this strength includes… hitting monthly goals in my side business, having those achievable goals to grow towards the BIG goals. Celebrating when I complete all tasks in a day, when I sign a new business partner, when I make a sale or hit a certain level.
A behavior-focused self-leadership strategy that I could strengthen is… writing things 100% down instead of keeping a running tally in my head. With all the hats I juggle sometimes I drop the ball with BIG things instead of the small things.

Natural reward strategies emphasize the enjoyable aspects of a given task or activity. This results when incentives are built into the task itself and a person is motivated or rewarded by the task itself. They create a sense of competence, self-control, and purpose.
My score: 18.8
My strength in this area includes…not only rewarding myself but my team whether it’s a cash prize to work towards, a startbucks gift card etc but I gear it towards my audience in what makes them “tick”
Evidence of this strength includes… In my R+F business we have monthly goals – each month I post a reward prize for doing daily tasks or hitting certain goals. Its been HUGE in my business to help them not only increase their paycheck but also to see them grow personal and financially.
A natural reward strategy that I could strengthen is… reaching out individually for each person/section of business to connect and help them.
