Top 5 Virtues

  1. Integrity

  2. Kindness

  3. Non-Judgement

  4. Empathy

  5. Service

Integrity

Integrity, said author C.S. Lewis, “is doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.” Integrity is a foundational moral virtue, and the bedrock upon which good character is built. ... Integrity is revealed when people act virtuously regardless of circumstance or consequences. This often requires moral courage.

Kindness

Kindness as 'the virtue of showing love' and the qualities of having a sympathetic, affectionate, warmhearted and considerate nature. Any virtue can be considered as the power to accomplish good, often in the face of obstacles and at the cost of sacrifice.

Non-Judgement

Non-judgement isn’t about stopping judgments from ever arising—that’s impossible. It’s the nature of the mind to judge.

Instead, it’s about changing your relationship to your judgments. Knowing that they’re temporary thoughts, and you don’t need to be swept away by them just because they arise in your mind.

Empathy

Empathy the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner.

Service

Service is giving to others, or to a larger purpose. You serve with a giving attitude, without selfishness and self-interest. You do what is needed with commitment, love, and excellence. You serve those in need and help others who are serving. This virtue is not simply to serve the wishes and desires of others.
