MEET THE FACE BEHIND THE POSTS

Hi and Welcome! I am so glad you are here! My name is Ellen Marie Waldron.

I am a senior at Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio. I am majoring in Organizational Leadership and will be graduating July 2022. I am currently working at Taylor Communications where I work in both marketing and customer service. I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and I am a single mom to the most amazing, energetic, fierce, independent little three year old name, Khloe Kathryn.

Change is something that every single one of us no matter what position we are in life or within an organization, go though. So many elements factor in with change within the organization and it takes all of us linking arms together to ensure the change is for the good and success for all involved. I have felt a passion to help other leaders and employees through their change. As someone who has been through many changes within many organizations with over twenty-five professional years under by belt, writing this blog felt necessary. Learning about leadership during my time at Wright State has aided me in my journey to be able to pivot and adapt through these changes. My hope is that all who read my blog find something that will help them live a happy stress-free life through any changes that may arise.
